In what could be one of the most successful weight loss stories that has ever been told, Khloé Kardashian has shared weight loss tips for her millions of fans to pick up and hopefully find inspiration in.

After dropping a whopping 40 lbs, she is hoping to inspire people around the globe. In an article on People, the reality star gave various tips for those who are in her shoes. With just 5 steps, she said her world has changed a lot.

The first step is to always prepare healthy snacks to indulge into whenever one gets hungry. She said it's important to always have healthy food at hand just in case the busy days get in the way. Having a healthy snack nearby won't allow for excuses in grabbing greasy and fat-full snacks.

Next, Kardashian said drink lots of water. This strategy isn't new to anyone who has checked up on weight loss tips and science has proven that drinking numerous amounts of water in a day definitely helps metabolism. "Water flushes you out and makes you feel better," she explained.

Third, it's never a sin to allow a few treats into the system. "I don't deprive myself," she said, adding that she allows herself to indulge in a sweet piece of cake at times, though she doesn't get another piece. As far as a healthier and sexier Kardashian is concerned, one sweet treat should be enough.

As a fourth tip, Kardashian shared her workout routine. She said it would be best to eat something like a fruit or small snack after working out to getting hungry. Routines are sometimes tiring and a lot of effort is needed, resulting to hunger, which is why Kardashian always has a protein shake and a fruit with her — healthy post-workout food.

Finally, she said a person who is really determined to lose that extra pound should understand that when there is no pain, there is definitely no gain. "I started having long-term feel-good moments from the gym," she said, adding that people don't really get that feeling after consuming pizza.
