Kim Kardashian wowed fans on Wednesday when she made her post-baby weight loss reveal on the cover of Us magazine, however the reality TV star is insisting on losing more weight.

Dressed in white swimwear, Kardashian, 33, confidently posed on a Miami Beach while unveiling her 56-pound weight loss. While fans have applauded her appearance, she remains critical of herself.

During her pregnancy with baby North West, Kardashian, who is 5-foot-3, admittedly gained 50 pounds however six months after giving birth she has successfully lost it all. She reportedly adopted the Atkins diet and regular exercise to ensure she reached her weight loss goals healthily.

"[The Atkins diet] really trained me not to eat so many carbs. I used to eat so many carbs, and now I don't," she said.

The Atkins Diet is a low-carbohydrate diet which consists of lean protein, fruits and vegetables and healthy fats such as nuts and avocados.

"I mean, as you get older and your body changes, you just can't eat the way you used to. So I'm training myself and I work out," she said.

"You know, I love Pilates, I love running. Now that we're on the road, just any gym in any hotel, I just go for it," she said.

While Kardashian has been applauded for her healthy approach to weight loss, the E! Star has not forgotten the harsh criticism she was subject to throughout her pregnancy.

"Pregnancy for me was a lot tougher than people saw on my show or from magazines. So to get back to feeling like myself just makes me feel good again," she told People magazine in October.
