On Monday the E! star, 33, was reportedly left shaken when the unnamed man verbally assaulted her after helping her enter a Beverly Hills medical building. The man, who is said to be 18 years of age, reportedly used the n-word in reference to the paparazzi and lashed out at Kardashian after she complained about his language, according to TMZ.com.

The terrified reality TV star allegedly made a phone call to West during the incident complaining about the man. Within minutes the "New Slaves" rapper reportedly located the man inside of a chiropractor's waiting room and punched him which led to Police being called.

West is now the subject of a battery investigation as the man insisted on pressing charges against the rapper after the alleged assault.

Kardashian reportedly met with her lawyer after the incident and is preparing to file a police report with the hope of having the man prosecuted for making a death threat.

The incident comes four months after West was formally charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking a paparazzi photographer at LAX on July 19.

Video footage of the alleged attack shows West lunging at Daniel Ramos, the paparazzi videographer, for being pushy and repeatedly asking questions despite the rapper's request that he "not speak." Shortly after West left the scene, police and paramedics arrived and Ramos was reportedly treated after sustaining injuries.

"Kanye shoved the photog to the ground and yelled at him after trying to take a few snaps," the photo agency claims as reported by RadarOnline.com.

If convicted in the alleged LAX assault, West faces up to 12 months in jail.
