Kim Kardashian Flashes Tongue, Smile in Post-Baby Keek Video (WATCH)

Kim Kardashian fans got a second glimpse of Kim Kardashian post-baby Tuesday, but the reality TV star has yet to unveil her newborn daughter, North West.

In a three-second Keek video, Kardashian, 32, playfully sticks her tongue out while sporting a full face of makeup and flashes a smile before disappearing. The new mom, 32, has kept a low profile since giving birth to her and rapper Kanye West's first child and although she characteristically embraces paparazzi attention, she has avoided photographers since giving birth on June 15.

Kardashian explained her decision to remain secluded after giving birth in a blog post written on July 17.

"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life. I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family," Kardashian wrote.

"I've been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me," she continued. "I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment."

The keek video comes just days after she made her first post-baby debut on her mother Kris Jenner's talk show "Kris."

Dressed in a white shirt and looking seemingly relaxed, Kardashian made a virtual appearance on the program and congratulated Jenner, 57, on scoring her very own talk show. The E star's sentimental video message ultimately left her mother in tears.

"Hi Mom, I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person but I'm just loving life at home too much right now," Kardashian said.

"I watch you every single day. You are so amazing, you really were born to do this. I just wanted to say I love you and have an amazing show," she added.
