Kim Kardashian Ignores 'Absurd' Kanye West Gay Report

Kim Kardashian was reportedly shocked after a U.S. tabloid suggested her boyfriend Kanye West is gay, and a source claims the reality TV star is simply ignoring the false rumors.

In Touch Weekly ran a cover story with the headline "Pregnant Kim's Worst Fear: He's Gay" Wednesday, and the report alluded to West being in a secret homosexual relationship. Kardashian, who is seven months along in her pregnancy, has reportedly dismissed the report as being "absurd."

"Kim couldn't even believe that people were saying that Kanye was gay! She flat out said that that the rumors and reports are absurd," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Kim knows that Kanye isn't gay. She is just dismissing these stories and trying to ignore them completely," the source continued.

Throughout her pregnancy Kardashian, 31, has faced media scrutiny over her weight, fashions choices and love life and fans are now fearful that the reality TV star may not be able to take any more. A source claims that while Kardashian can handle the brutal criticism about herself, she struggles with the alleged lies that are often written about West, 35.

"These attacks against Kanye really seemed to hit home for Kim. She said that she can take criticism about her weight or her family but when people attack Kanye it really hurts her feelings and makes her mad," the source said.

The bizarre report about West is further proof of the contentious relationship that the Grammy award-winning rapper has with the media. He went on a foul-mouthed tirade against the paparazzi Wednesday over what he described as being constant "harassment."

"So I don't want nobody trying to run up on me with no cameras, trying to sell pictures and s--- to magazines, asking me no dumba-- questions, throwing me off of my focus and s---," West said during a performance at the Adult Swim Upfront party in New York.

"I ain't no m------------ celebrity ... I'm trying to make some music that inspires people to be the best they can be. I don't want nobody to ask nothing else of me. Don't ask nothing else of me," he added.
