Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Pay $500,000 for North West Body Double? 'Auditions Held in LA'
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly paid half a million dollars for a body double of their daughter North West.
The Hollywood power couple are the among the most photographed celebrities in the world and they are often swarmed by paparazzi wherever they go. In an attempt to protect baby North, the E! star and the "Yeezus" rapper reportedly hired a look-alike through a specialist agency, according to British magazine Grazia.
"Kim and Kanye hired the look-alike to shield North from the paparazzi," a source told Grazia UK.

"There were auditions held in LA at a specialist agency and in the end they found a child who is the spitting image of their daughter," the insider explained.
West, who dislikes the paparazzi, often complains about the lack of respect he is subject to because of his celebrity status.
"It's not about being a superstar, it's about being a human being," West once told TMZ.com. "If you had a daughter, and you guys say crazy s--- to me all the time, I couldn't imagine my daughter being 4 years old and you guys screaming at us."
North, who turned one last month, is regularly in the care of well trained nannies and Kardashian and West reportedly went to extra lengths to ensure the safety of their daughter.
"They also hired a body-double nanny, who they hope will really throw paps off the scent," the source shared.
Kardashian and West are not the only celebrities rumored to have employed a body double to protect their child from overzealous fans and aggressive paparazzi.
Last year Suri Cruise, who is the daughter of Hollywood stars Tom Crusie and Katie Holmes, was reported to have had a body double after a look-alike was spotted outside her Manhattan school dressed in identical clothing.
