Kim Kardashian has been offered $250,000 to document her pregnancy just days after the reality TV star announced that she is expecting a baby with rapper Kanye West.
The 32-year-old socialite, who is rumored to be 12 weeks along, was given the lucrative offer by Armenian producer David Dginguerian who is hoping to launch a membership based website on mypregnancy.com, according to RadarOnine.
Dginguerian states that if Kardashian accepts the website could "generate $100,000 a month," according to his pitch letter. He also suggests that the profits made could then be donated to a "Christian Charity" of her choice, although the reality star would be set to receive a $250,000 "signing bonus."
Kardashian has not yet responded to Dginguerian's offer however she recently confirmed that she is thrilled and looking forward to becoming a Mom.
"It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us," Kardashian wrote on her Celebuzz blog. Her late father Robert Kardashian, Sr. died of esophageal cancer in 2003 and West's mother, Donda, passed away four years later.
"Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo," she added.
Kardashian and West's baby has become one of the most highly anticipated baby births of 2013 and experts anticipate that the child could generate a substantial amount of cash for the Hollywood power couple.
Fans expect that Kardashian, who will reportedly film her entire pregnancy for her family's hit reality TV show, will sell her baby's first photo to a major tabloid like her older sister Kourtney did, and there is talk that the couple of one year may pocket up to $1 million for the first snaps, according to RumorFix.
"A People [magazine] set up may be worth a million dollars easy," one source reportedly told RumorFix.
"Shiloh Nouvel, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's first biological child, fetched $4.1 million dollars from People [magazine] and I think about $500,000 for Jessica Simpson's baby … so maybe $800,000 to over a million for Kimye's kid," another source, a journalist at a prominent celebrity magazine, explained. "That's probably where negotiations will start."
