Kim Zolciak Bump Photo: Reality Star Stay Fit While Expecting 5th Child (PHOTO)

Expecting her fifth child, reality star Kim Zolciak shared a photo of her baby bump on social media.

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star proved that she was eager to stay in shape despite her busy schedule that includes raising four children. Zolciak is already mother to daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from a previous relationship, as well as son Kroy, Jr., two, with husband Kroy Biermann. Zolciak shared a photo of her baby bump online after special request.

"You asked for it … here is my baby bump this morning!" the 35-year-old said in an Instagram post. The blonde can be seen wearing workout gear with a treadmill in the background.

A source previously shared that "Kim loves being pregnant," according to Us Weekly, adding that Zolciak is hoping to have a girl.

Zolciak's husband also recently adopted her two children from a previous marriage. While he is not their biological father, Zolciak says her husband loves her daughters more than she could ever love another person's children.

"I don't know if I could love anybody else's children as much as Kroy loves the girls," Zolciak said during an interview with E! News. "I just don't know if I have it in me."

Biermann said he didn't mind the shake up in his house that comes with having more children.

"Before Kim and before the girls and before the boys, I lived a pretty regimented life," Biermann told E!. "I'd wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, come home -- it was pretty normal. Now, my house isn't going to be as clean as it was before, but it's not important. Those things are not important and it's all about prioritizing and understanding."

The reason why Zolciak may want a girl, is because her daughters are getting older.

"Brielle and Ariana are older now, and Kroy wants a girl of his own," a source told Us.
