Kourtney Kardashian, older sister of famed socialite Kim Kardashian and cast member of reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," held a baby shower in New York on April 27 to celebrate the arrival of her second child.

Kardashian, 33, celebrated with a reported 60 women at the Stonewalls Restaurant at The Woods in Riverhead, located in Suffolk County, New York, on the north shore of Long Island.

Kardashian's boyfriend, Scott Disick, is a native of Long Islander so Kardashian decided to celebrate her baby shower on the East Coast. Disick is the father of the couple's two-year-old son, Mason, as well as their expected daughter, due in July.

According to MSN.com's Wonder Wall, a source told Life & Style magazine: "About 60 women attended Kourtney's shower. The Disicks live in Riverhead, and they're next-door neighbors with the restaurant owners. They've been going there for years. The shower was held in the private dining room, and guests left presents for Kourtney on a large table at the back of the room."

Kourtney's more famous sister, Kim, was also recently supposed to be on the East Coast, although alleged A-lister drama thwarted her travel.

Kardashian was absent from New York City's famous Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual gala on May 7 after Vogue magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour allegedly banned the reality show socialite from the event.

A source told Radar Online that Anna Wintour detests Kardashian, saying: "Anna hates Kim! Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn't fit that bill at all."

Kardashian took to her blog after the event to describe her favorite fashion statements of the night, but her camp has not admitted that she was snubbed an invite.

Kourtney Kardashian is expected to hold a second baby shower in her native home of Los Angeles, where the majority of the show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," is filmed.

There is no doubt that the Los Angeles version of the baby shower will be organized with the help of Kourtney's sisters, Kim and Khloe.
