Kris Humphries to Use Kim Kardashian's 'Oprah' Interview to Prove Fake Marriage?

Kim Kardashian may have gotten herself into hot water when she recently spoke to Oprah Winfrey about her failed marriage with NBA player Kris Humphries, which his lawyers may be using against the reality television star in court.

The divorce depositions for Humphries, 27, and Kardashian, 31, will reportedly begin in a Minnesota court room this week, according to Hollywood Life.

The entire Kardashian family was featured in an interview conducted by Winfrey for her television show, "Oprah's Next Chapter."

During the first part of the interview that aired last Sunday, Kardashian told the media proprietor that her mother suggested she stop the wedding.

"I didn't have an inkling, but everyone around me did. The night before, my mom said, 'Do you want out,'' Kim told Winfrey. "She said, 'You're not yourself.' But I said mom, no, I got angry, I was thinking, 'How dare you!'"

After the first part of Kardashian's interview aired, a source told RadarOnline.com that Humphries' lawyers would attempt to use the information to prove that the nuptials were made for the cameras.

"This goes to the heart of Kris' claim against Kim, that the marriage was fraudulent and that he was duped into marrying her," the source said. "Kris' lawyers will grill Kim about the specifics of her conversation with her mother on the eve of her wedding. What was exactly said and why did Kris say that to her daughter?"

According to the source, Humphries did not believe Kardashian's explanation of their marriage and split were entirely truthful.

"Kim's explanation of why her mom asked her just doesn't make sense. There is a lot more going on to this than the public knows, and Kris wants answers," the source said. "Kris was left in the dark, and it was very hurtful for him to hear that Kim was bored with him."

While Kardashian told Winfrey that she was embarrassed by her failed 72-day marriage which led her to a four-month depression, Humphries' representatives seemed skeptical about her claims. However, the source told RadarOnline that Humphries' legal team would be paying close attention to the second half of the Kardashian interview, which will air Sunday on the OWN network.

"Kim spent more time mourning the end of her marriage, claiming to be depressed for fourth months, than the actual marriage which only lasted for 72 days," the source said. "Kim has no idea how much she has helped her estranged hubby's lawyers prepare for her upcoming deposition. Kris' lawyers are looking forward to watching the second part of Kim's interview with Oprah."
