Kristen Stewart: 'Vampire Sex Scenes With Robert Pattinson Were Awful'

Kristen Stewart has spoken out about the vampire sex scene she had to film for her new movie the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, describing the experience as "awful."

The 22 year old actress has spoken to E! News last week explaining how filming the scenes were awkward and how director Bill Condon had taken strong control over the scene.

Stewart said, "[The director] Bill [Condon] kept saying that he wanted to make this one feel like you're very much inside of the experience. Like you're there, you're sort of a part of it, which is odd. But to do that we had to look directly into the camera instead of at each other."

Condon's control of the scene and specific way he wanted everything done made for a unique experience for Stewart and her on and off-screen boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

Stewart explained to E! News: "It was awful! I was like, 'Bill, you're depriving me of this experience. We've been waiting for vampire sex! What are you doing?!'"

Stewart and Pattinson were consumed by a cheating scandal just months ago when their long term relationship took a hit as photos were published of Stewart embracing another man.

Stewart admitted to an affair with her director, Rupert Sanders, from film "Snow White and the Huntsman" but claimed it had been a terrible mistake and that there had not been any sexual activity between the two.

The affair caused the two to split temporarily as Pattinson assessed where he wanted to go in his life, but it now appears as the couple are back together. They are taking part in the promotional tours for Breaking Dawn Part 2 and seem to be on good terms again.

Pattinson has also spoken to E! News about the sex scenes in Breaking Dawn Part 2, and also gave a similar portrayal of how it was to film. He highlighted how there were huge numbers of cast and crew members standing around during filming making the entire thing embarrassing and awkward.
