Kutcher, Moore Reunite: Demi, Ashton at Airport Amid Divorce (VIDEO)

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher were recently reunited for the first time in over a year and despite their ongoing divorce battle, the estranged couple appeared to have a friendly conversation.

The Hollywood actress, 50, was spotted walking alongside Kutcher, 35, at Burbank airport in Los Angeles on Monday. The estranged couple, who were married for six years, were reunited after reportedly attending the same event in San Jose before sharing a flight back to L.A. Upon being approached by the paparazzi the pair was locked in an intense conversation, according to Daily Mail U.K.

In November 2011, Moore confirmed she had separated from Kutcher following reports of an affair and in December 2012, more than one year later, Kutcher filed for divorce. Settlement negotiations have been ongoing ever since.

Kutcher, who is rumored to be worth $140 million, is allegedly refusing to give in the Moore's financial demands and subsequently, the case could go to trial. He reportedly earned $24 million in 2012 alone from the CBS sitcom "Two and A Half Men."

Moore, who does not share any children with Kutcher, is said to be intent on getting an estimated 50 percent share in one of Kutcher's many investments. The "Jobs" star reportedly invested in a tech industry start-up in 2010 one year prior to their split, and his share is valued at approximately $20 million.

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," a source told The New York Post. "[Moore] has had enough."

In November, just weeks prior to Kutcher's divorce filing, the pair revealed that they were willing to put aside their differences in order to continue their fight against sexual exploitation of children through their foundation. They changed the name of their DNA (Demi and Ashton) foundation to THORN: Digital Defenders of Children.

"For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combating child sex trafficking. It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall," the pair said in a statement to Us magazine. "We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."

The exes established the foundation in 2010 and have remained at the forefront of the charity ever since. The name change also marks a shift in the organization's focus as it now sets out to "disrupt and deflate the predatory behavior of those who abuse and traffic children, solicit sex with children or create and share child pornography," according to its website, wearethorn.org.

Kutcher has since moved on with actress Mila Kunis.
