Lady Gaga, Boyfriend Taylor Kinney to Have Space Wedding?

Lady Gaga and her boyfriend, "Chicago Fire" star Taylor Kinney, have been together since 2011, and though the couple is rarely spotted together, they appear to be very affectionate and in love with each other when the paparazzi manage to get a snap of the duo.

Last month, rumors have surfaced that the two are about to get married, and the speculations have increased when the singer was seen shopping for wedding dresses with her mother.

Now, the latest reports say that Lady Gaga is about to marry Kinney in space.

Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic flight, the first commercial trip to space, is scheduled to take place next year, and Lady Gaga has been asked to perform on the historical trip. Her performance reportedly means that she will not have to pay the $150,000 ticket that others will have to shell out. Her space concert will be broadcast to the Zero G Festival in New Mexico. Other stars who are believed to be catching a ride to space are Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher, Katy Perry, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie.

Apart from her musical performance, Lady Gaga apparently wants the trip to be more meaningful as she allegedly wants to say her "I do's" among the stars with Kinney.

"Gaga and Taylor want to make a pledge for life, and think the space flight is too big an opportunity to pass up. It would be typical of her to have the least conventional 'wedding' ever," a source told British newspaper Daily Star.

The source also reveals that the pair is being realistic about how legally binding the ceremony will be.

"Of course it will be a simulated-style marriage as there wouldn't be a priest or religious figure there. But they don't care about convention, it's more about making each other a life-long promise," adds the source.
