LaLa Anthony Hasn't Met Best Friend Kim Kardashian's Baby

Kim Kardashian's best friend LaLa Anthony recently admitted that she has yet to see the reality television star's baby North West and what she feels about the former being a new mother.

Anthony, 34, is the mother to 6-year-old son Kiyan Anthony with her New York Knicks forward husband, Carmelo Anthony. She recently revealed her thoughts about Kardashian taking the role as a parent.

"She says she's adjusting really, really well and she's doing amazing," LaLa told E! News about Kardashian. "I always knew that she would, because she's maternal as it is. She wants to take care of people all the time. So I knew she had it in her, but she's adjusting amazingly."

Kardashian gave birth to her baby girl North West on June 15. However Anthony admitted that she has yet to see the newborn in person.

"I haven't because I've been in Vegas on the movie [Think Like a Man Too] and today I'm only here for a few hours," Anthony told E!. "But I wrap on Wednesday and my plan is to shoot back to L.A. and spend some time with them."

Anthony also revealed that Kardashian's rapper boyfriend Kanye West is doing well after becoming a new father recently.

"Absolutely, it's a beautiful time in their life," she told E!."

Although West has only done a handful of interviews speaking about his personal life this year, he tweeted about Kardashian getting him two Apple computer mice that were signed by Apple founders Steve Wozniak and the late Steve Jobs.

"One of the other gifts my girl gave me for fathers day," West tweeted before showcasing the images Monday.

Still, the 36-year-old "Yeezus" rapper made it clear that he would like to maintain some privacy as a new father.

"Well, I just don't want to talk to America about my family," West told the New York Times. "Like, this is my baby. This isn't America's baby."
