Odom denied any problems with drugs or his marriage earlier this week after being affronted by a member of the paparazzi while leaving an L.A. sushi restaurant. When asked if he had a drug problem, Odom responded, "Nah, I'm good," to a TMZ reporter.

When asked if he had spoken with Kardashian, who allegedly had no idea about her husband's whereabouts last week he replied, "Of course! That's my wife. Of course."

"I mean, life is good," he told the TMZ reporter. "Life is good."

Last week the NBA player checked himself out of therapy after only one day at the facility, according to People magazine. A source reported that Kardashian had asked Odom to move out until he was able to get his issues together.

"Khloé gave Lamar an ultimatum: if he didn't get help, she'd end the marriage," the source said on Sept. 10, according to E! News. "So far, he's ignoring her. The situation can still turn around, but at this point, divorce seems imminent."

However, despite alleged disputes the reality star has still been seen with her wedding ring on in public.
