The NBA star, 33, has kept a low profile in recent weeks after two women came forward publicly alleging that they had extramarital affairs with the married father-of-two. On Wednesday Odom was photographed making his way to a white Mercedes-Benz as another man loaded a sizable amount of luggage into the trunk.
"With both mistresses coming out, [Khloe] can't handle much more. If more women come forward, she will do it," an alleged friend told Life & Style magazine about the possibility of divorce.
"Khloe is a strong girl but the cheating rumors have really worn her down," another friend revealed. "She is humiliated and p----- off."
In July, a woman identified as Jennifer Richardson claimed to have engaged in an extramarital affair with Odom. Weeks later Polina Polonsky, who is a criminal defense attorney, made similar claims and Kardashian is said to be devastated.
On Wednesday Kardashian, who wed Odom in 2008, took to social networking site Instagram where she posted a cryptic message following the cheating claims.
"NEVER JUDGE SOMEONE WITHOUT KNOWING THE WHOLE STORY. YOU MAY THINK YOU UNDERSTAND BUT YOU DON'T," Kardashian wrote.
Polonsky, who reportedly passed a lie detector test, claims that prior to her alleged six-week tryst with Odom, she was led to believe that he had ended his marriage to Kardashian.
"I was under the impression that he had left Khloe ... He acted completely available," Polonsky told Star magazine.
Richardson, who alleges that she was involved with Odom for one-year, warned Kardashian, 29, about the NBA star in an open letter.
"He will continue to cheat on you," Richardson said in an open letter to InTouch.
