Lamar Odom's Agent Speaks, Player Gets Support From Kevin Durant, John Wall

Lamar Odom, the 33-year-old NBA forward has been the subject of rumors about his alleged drug use and extramarital relationships recently, and now his NBA peers are reacting to the news.

Although TMZ reports allege that Odom has been battling an addiction to crack cocaine for two years, the free agent seems to have the support of his fellow NBA players. Kevin Durant, the Oklahoma City Thunder forward, was recently questioned about players in the league supporting Odom during his tough times.

"Yea no doubt," Durant told TMZ reporters. "It's a brotherhood."

John Wall, the Washington Wizards point guard, seemed to express the same support for Odom amid media speculation.

"I just hope he figures it out," Wall told TMZ. "That's it."

Odom's agent, Jeff Schwartz, recently cleared up rumors that his client had been missing for three days following reports of drug use and infidelities.

"Lamar is not missing," Schwartz told ESPN.com Monday. "His wife knows exactly where he is."

Odom's wife, 29-year-old reality television star Khloe Kardashian-Odom, seemed to speak indirectly about her husband's issues on Twitter Sunday.

"Really hard to sit here and listen to people talk (expletive) about my family," Kardashian-Odom tweeted. "(Expletive) you and shame on you! I'm too protective for this (expletive)!"

Odom averaged 4.0 points and 5.9 rebounds in 82 games for the Clippers last season.

His agent insisted that he is still planning to continue his professional basketball career.

"Playing in the NBA is still very much a part of Lamar's plans," Schwartz told ESPN.

While Odom is officially a free agent, ESPN is reporting that the forward was being pursued by the Los Angeles Clippers where he ended his 2012-2013 season along with his former team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
