Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 and Yoga Tablet 2 Pro Available on Flipkart in India

India seems to be getting first hand releases of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 and the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro. The tablets were first unveiled in the U.K. earlier in October and it would seem that the company is releasing two different versions of the Yoga Tablet 2 and a single size variant for the Yoga Tablet Pro 2.

The Yoga Tablet 2 got two size versions, the 8-inch and 10-inch versions while the Yoga Tablet Pro 2 is available in 13.3-inches. The tablets were set to be exclusively available on Flipkart in India with the different scheduled availability.

The Yoga Tablet 2 8-inch version is already out on Flipkart for Rs. 20,999 ($340), with the Yoga Tablet 2 10-inch version to be on sale sometime mid-November for Rs. 28,990 ($470), and the Yoga Tablet Pro 2 by the end of November for Rs. 47,990 ($780).

The Yoga Tablet 2 is equipped with a quad-core 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z3745 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage with microSD card support, and an 8-megapixel rear facing camera. Both the 8-inch and 10-inch variants possess a display resolution of 1920 x 1200.

While the two tablets run on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat, the 10-inch version can also be bought with Windows 8.1.
The Yoga Tablet 2 Pro on the other hand comes with a higher display resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a higher 32GB internal memory. Other than that, the Yoga Pro 2 shares the same specifications as the Yoga Tablet 2.
