LG G4 Specs: Korean Flagship's Cameras Works Wonders With Professional Photographer

The freshly-announced LG G4 has been under the radar of Android fans for months. But after its release, a lot of people are asking – is the wait worth it?

Unlike what it did in its previous flagships, LG has placed the spotlight on the phone's camera department.

In a recent report by Phone Arena, the LG G4's 16MP primary camera was put to the test when it was used by professional photographer Colby Brown in a test.

In the report, Brown indicated that he was not paid anything to come up with positive results. However, he emphasized that the project is a part of a partnership that requires him to provide only honest results.

The professional photographer posted images that came straight from the camera lens or otherwise known as SOTC (straight-оut-of-the-camera) images.

In addition to no-effect and no-adjustments type of images, Brown also tinkered with some of the device's settings and other camera features.

By the end of the report, Brown recommended the LG G4's 16MP camera with F1.8 aperture, and considering that the model he used was a pre-production unit, that is even more impressive.

For those who missed the device's unveiling a couple of weeks ago, the LG G4 has a 5.5-inch display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, 3GB of RAM, and a Snapdragon 808 chipset.

The phone has better screen to phone ratio this time, and it boasts some stylish back cover options.

Rounding up the specs are the phone's 32GB built-in memory, a microSD card slot, Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, and a 3,000mAh battery.
