Liam Hemsworth Overheard Talking About Miley Cyrus?

Liam Hemsworth may still be talking about his powerful connection with ex-fiance Miley Cyrus.

Hemsworth, the 24-year-old Australian actor, dated 21-year-old Cyrus for four years before the pair parted ways last year. After rumors swirled about the pair being on bad terms, Page Six is reporting that he was singing her praises in a restaurant in Portofino, Italy recently.

Liam reportedly said Miley would "always be best friends" and called their bond "an instantaneous and powerful connection," according to Page Six.

"Liam kept raving about how amazing she was, how much they clicked and understood everything about each other," a source reportedly told Page Six. "He also said they bought a lot of furniture but he had to leave it behind when they broke up and he got his new place, which was furnished."

Last May Cyrus ranted during a stop on her "Bangerz" tour and made sure to let the world know that it had nothing to do with Liam.

"I don't usually respond to tabloidy stuff but this isn't something I want being spread around. It sounded hateful but not what I meant," Cyrus tweeted. "Just FYI what I said the other night at G.A.Y had nothing to do with Liam. I was just tryin to rile up the boys. I never want hateful things being said about those I care about… I was just tooooo turnttttt up."

Cyrus' comments come after she performed at London nightclub G-A-Y where she went on a rant that left some questioning if she was speaking about her former love interest.

"Every time you get in your car, you're going to hear my (expletive) song on the (expletive) radio, you piece of (expletive)," she shouted during the concert. "I'm gonna swing around, and then I'm gonna hold the record for the most-watched music video on Vevo."
