Furthermore, Lil Wayne's mentor, rapper and producer Birdman stopped by to wish the rapper the best.

"My son is feelin Good," Birdman posted to Twitter on Friday.

Los Angeles Clippers star Chris Paul also paid Lil Wayne, also known as Weezy, a visit, according to Us Weekly.

Native to New Orleans, Louisiana, Dwayne "Lil Wayne" Michael Carter, Jr. is a Grammy Award-winning rap artist best known for songs that include "A Milli," "She Will," and "Lollipop," among many others.

Meanwhile, details about the rapper's health condition remain unclear.

"He's good, just resting," a friend said on Saturday night after visiting the rapper, according to CNN.

Conflicting reports about the rapper's condition have circulated that indicate the use of a prescription-strength cough syrup mixed drink. Known as "sizzurp," the highly addictive syrup is often blended with extremely sugary sodas or hard candies and consumed out of a Styrofoam cup.

"He drank too much sizzurp to get a better high," explained one insider, according to Us Weekly. "He needs rehab but he's not close to death or anything. He's fine and just coming down off the high."

Lil Wayne, 30, has hinted at his dependence on the cough syrup in his music, especially the song "Me and My Drank."
