Lindsay Lohan Finalized by Judge, Court Receives Favorable Update Regarding Actress' Probation
Actress Lindsay Lohan's probation from a 2011 theft case has been finalized by a judge Thursday earlier this week. Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney has also said that the actress is receiving favorable reports from her counselor in London where she is performing community service.
Judge Dabney has ordered Lohan to continue her psychological counseling and community service as part of her probation dating back 2012, in a case involving reckless driving and lying to police. The judge has also said that Lohan has completed 102 hours of her 240-hour community service sentence.
Lohan has been jailed five times over the past few years and sentenced to rehab after a number of violations ranging from failing to perform her community service as well as skipping counseling sessions. Lohan is currently in London for a stage production in a play "Speed the Plow."

"The judge was pleased, the prosecutors were pleased and of course I'm pleased that Lindsay's doing well on probation, with her career, and generally with her life," says Shawn Holley, Lohan's attorney.
Lohan was not present during the recent hearing, where Dabney has scheduled a Jan. 28 hearing to get an update on her progress. It looked like Lohan is planning to complete the terms of her community service sentence in the case where she crashed her Porsche into a dump truck, according to Dabney.
Lohan was on her way to film a scene for the Elizabeth Taylor-Richard Burton television biopic "Liz and Dick." Apparently, she was charged with lying to police officers when questioned about who was behind the wheel at the time she crashed.
Lohan has been under probation since 2007, where she was charged with stealing a necklace in 2011 just a few days after being released from rehab.
