According to the Black Eyed Peas star, Will.i.am, LMFAO will make an appearance with Madonna at the Superbowl's half time show on Feb. 5.

The statement was revealed to Capital FM, to whom the star said, "I'm going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna."

Although it may have seemed no more than a trivial comment made by the rapper-star, the connection between Will.i.am and the LMFAO duo cannot be clearer. LMFAO whose chart topping hits include "Party Rock Anthem" and "Sexy and I Know It" is signed under the Black Eyed Peas star's music label Will.i.am's Music Group.

"Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two. One year the Super Bowl the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna. That's still happening," Will.i.am continued.

Rumors of other guest appearances during Madonna's half time show included the inclusion of Nick Minaj and M.I.A who are featured on the Queen of Pop's single "Give Me All Your Love."

Madonna has not as yet made any confirmation on these rumors.

Super Bowl XLVI will be played out between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The National Anthem will be sung by American Idol star, Kelly Clarkson and kickoff time is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. EST.
