Below the Suns are the Sacramento Kings and Los Angeles Lakers who are trying to get a good hold of the season and are trying to avoid another disastrous campaign.

Scheduled to meet four times this season, the Warriors and Clippers have already met once so far, at the ORACLE Arena where Stephen Curry and the rest of the Warriors have been unstoppable.

The game was competitive from the start, with the Warriors going up slightly after the first quarter of play.

By halftime, Golden State held a seven point lead over the Clippers but were not blowing away their rivals like they did other teams.

When the third quarter came, the Clippers made their run and outscored the Warriors 27-19 to grab a one point lead heading into the final quarter of play.

However, the Warriors held their own and their championship composure was on display through the final quarter as they eventually won 112-108.

In the game, it was clearly a battle between the point guards as Curry rained in 31 points and four assists, while Chris Paul had 24 points and dished out nine assists in the game.

Blake Griffin added 23 points for the Clippers, while all of Golden State's starters finished with double figures in scoring – with Harrison Barnes finishing with 17 points and shot 2-of-3 from beyond the arc.

Expect another tight and intriguing contest between the two rivals.
