'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta' Latest News: Althea Sues Joseline, Reunion Show Turns Ugly With Fight Among Cast

Allegations of smoking crack and a brawl has triggered a law suit for a "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reality star.

Althea has filed suit against Joseline Hernandez, who was caught on tape punching Althea in the face and dragging her to the ground, according to TMZ. While Althea was down, Hernandez was seen repeatedly punching and hitting her.

In the suit, Althea claims that eyewitnesses allegedly saw Hernandez smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage during the show. Althea believes that Hernandez was under the effects of the drug when she was attacked.

Althea is not the only one who claims that Joseline is using drugs. Her "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star Mimi Faust has also alluded to Joseline's alleged drug use. In a previous interview, Faust stated her concerns over her ex Stevie's drug use. The two of them have a daughter, and now that Stevie is involved with Joseline, Faust thinks that it's highly possible that the two of them could be using drugs together.

The "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reunion show was filled with tension, and things seemed to have reached a boiling point between Benzino, Stevie, and Joseline.

When Stevie complained about being hot on the set, Benzino said to his fiancée Althea that the reason why Stevie felt hot is because of all the cocaine that he was using.

Benzino made eye contact with Stevie and Joseline, who were starting to get worked up, and Benzino issued a challenge saying, "You want to go with this security, or you want to wait until we're in the real world?"

This prompted Stevie to stand up to confront Benzino, but Joseline beat him to it as she punched him in the face.

Next week's episode will see the continuation of the reunion show, and from the looks of the promo, it seems like Faust will be pulled into the fight.

Part 2 of the "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" Reunion show will air on Sept. 1 on VH1.
