'MacGyver' Season 2 Episode 2 Spoilers: Riley Goes Missing on First Solo Mission; Can Mac Find Her In Time?
The search for Murdoc (David Dastmalchian) and Angus MacGyver's (Lucas Till) father will be taking a backseat, it seems, on the next episode of CBS' action-adventure series, "MacGyver (2016)." One member of Mac's crew goes missing, and the team will once again have to race against the clock to find her before it's too late.
According to the teaser summary for the episode titled "Muscle Car & Paper Clips," Riley Davis (Tristin Mays), Phoenix Foundation's technical specialist, will finally be given her first solo mission. Unfortunately, it is also while fulfilling this individual task that she goes missing. It will be up to Mac and the rest of the team to locate her at the soonest possible time.
Riley may be off on her first solo mission, but this will not be the first time that she goes off the grid. And if Mac and the team are subsequent tasked to find her, it seems that disappearing may not be part of the initial part at all.

What kind of mission will Riley be given, and what could make her suddenly disappear right in the middle of completing it? Could she be in any real danger, or would disappearing turn out to be part of a necessary change in the initial plans in order to get the most out of an unforeseen situation?
Only one thing is for sure, though: Mac will be out there combining all sorts of available things in order to locate and eventually retrieve Riley wherever she may be.
