Majorie Suchocki Offers Free Public Lecture at Luther Seminary

Dr, Marjorie Suchocki, a renown theologian from California who is currently serving as professor emerita of Clarement School of Theology and director of Process & Faith International, is scheduled to offer two free public lectures, July 19 and July 22, at 7:30 p.m. PST, on the campus of Luther Seminary.

On Monday, July 19, Suchocki will present "The World in Process,” which examines how cumulative decisions of the past and God's call of transformation toward a future affect the outcome of the world. On Thursday, July 22, Suchocoki will explore the deeper world of forgiveness at the personal and social levels, as a way to stop violence.

The two lectures by Suchocki will be delivered in conjunction with KAIROS' continuing education course, "Imaging God, Imagining the World: Process Resources for Relational Ministry"
