Man Claims Kim Kardashian Took His Virginity, Wants Her Jailed

A convicted fraudster recently filed court documents alleging that he made two sex tapes with Kim Kardashian, and he now claims she is threatening his life.

Jonathan Lee Riches, who is renowned for filing lawsuits against celebrities, filed motions which also accuse the reality TV personality of forcing him into credit card fraud "to finance [Kardashian's] lavish lifestyle," according to Radar Online.

"I have been in an intimate relationship with Kim Kardashian since 2001. I lost my virginity to Kim Kardashian on a Virgin Air Flight en route to the Armenian Hilton Hotel. I spent 125 months in federal prison for credit card fraud and identity theft and Kim Kardashian forced me to do fraud crimes to finance her lavish lifestyle and bankroll her career," Riches' motion states.

"I borrowed Ray J's camcorder and me and Kim Kardashian made 2 sex tapes with her in Gap clothing. I have those 2 tapes and all the photographs secretly saved at a YMCA gym locker in Philadelphia to show as evidence," the motion goes on.

Kardashian rose to fame in 2007 following the release of a homemade sex tape which she made with singer Ray-J in 2003.

The 31-year-old often receives criticism for her fame status from critics, including actors Jon Hamm and Daniel Craig, who have both blasted Kardashian as an "idiot."

Riches, whose motions were denied by the judge handling the case, also accused Kardashian of threatening his safety and wants her jailed.

"Kardashian is now threatening my life since I got released from prison on 4/30/12, telling me if I expose our relationship that she is going to get her sister Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom's basketball buddies to come hunt me down and stuff basketballs in my throat to shut me up," Riches states.

"I'm so scared, I'm whistleblowing now, because Kim Kardashian should of went to prison for my crimes, I did it all for her," he added.

Riches has filed more than 2,600 lawsuits since 2006 against various people including Martha Stewart, Britney Spears, President George W. Bush, and Somali pirates.
