Manny Pacquiao Retirement Rumors 2016: Bob Arum Does Not Believe 'Pacman' Will Retire After Bradley Fight
Top Rank head honcho Bob Arum does not believe eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao would be retiring after his April 9 rubber match against WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley.
Pacquiao has repeatedly announced and reiterated his retirement plans after the said fight, mainly to focus on his aspirations to be a public servant in his home country of the Philippines.
Currently a Congressman of the Sarangani Province in the southern region of Mindanao, "Pacman" is running for a Senatorial seat at the 2016 Philippine elections, which will be happening in May.

Pacquiao has been signed with Top Rank since the early 2000's when he began consistently fighting in the United States. He has developed a deep personal and professional relationship with Arum through those decades and they have gotten to know each other well.
In a report by Bill Dwyre for Boxingscene, the 84-year old promoter believes that his most prized ward as of the moment will not yet call it quits after facing Bradley.
"Brandon Rios retired after his last fight (with Bradley), and unretired half an hour later," Arum said. "Some of these fighters, they retire when they have one wife, and when they get another one, they un-retire."
"Maybe he will retire. But I'm not gonna lose sleep on it," he added.
Pacquiao began entered professional prizefighting in 1995 and has managed to build a remarkable career, along the way. He currently holds a record 57-6-2, with 38 victories by knockout. He last saw action in May in the "mega fight" against Floyd Mayweather Jr.
The said bout was met with disappointment from a great majority of fans, as some say it became a totally one-sided match in favor of "Money May".
Pacquiao also tore the rotator cuff on his right shoulder during the said fight, forcing him out of action for a minimum of six months.
Pacquiao vs. Bradley 3 will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
