Matthew West's debut album Happy hits stores Dec. 26

The day after Christmas, Sparrow Records and Universal South artist Matthew West releases his debut album, Happy, to stores. On the album, Matthew West displays his musical ability as a strong vocalist and a songwriter. He has written songs for artists such as Jump5, Rachel Lampa, Sara Groves, and Salvador in the past before recording Happy. To promote the album, West participated on the Festival Con Dios tour with Newsboys. His talent has not been overlooked.

"Matthew is a gifted communicator, songwriter and storyteller who has a unique ability to touch individual hearts with his music even when he is playing before a large crowd," shared Leigh Ann Hardie, Sparrow Records VP of Artist Development and Marketing.

Happy is produced by Kenny Greenberg and Jason Hauser and gives a happy message about love and faith—life to be exact.
