Miami Heat vs Chicago Bulls takes place in the NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Semifinals Game 2 on Wednesday night, with the Heat looking to bounce back from their Game 1 loss. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).
The Bulls were impressive in Game 1, taking the early advantage in their playoff series against the Heat in Miami. Chicago pressured the Heat offense, forcing them to shoot under 40 percent on the night, and causing them to overly rely on LeBron James to try and break through the rock solid defensive Bulls unit.
The Heat will definitely have to go back to the drawing board and come up with renewed for Game 2 of they are going to turn things around. After sweeping the Milwaukee Bucks in the First Round of the playoffs, the Heat looked decidedly lackluster for the start of their semifinal series against the Bulls.
LeBron James was the only player on the Heat team who could be reasonably satisfied with his performance, but the rest of the Miami roster were well below their regular high standard.
The Bulls' defense focused their efforts on stopped and disrupting James, allowing him 27 points, while shooting 8 of 17 from the field.
The Heat as a team only shot 39 percent from the field and made only seven 3 pointers the entire game.
Dwyane Wade finished with 14 points while Chris Bosh was 3 for 10 from the field for only nine points.
Although this series still has a long way to go, if the Heat do not get their act together tonight they could fall 2-0 down in the series, making it a long way back, and they would then have to win four of the next five games to win through.
