Michael Schumacher Condition Latest News: Wife Corrina Makes Public Appearance, is F1 Legend OK?

Michael Schumacher's wife, Corinna, made a public appearance at the World Equestrian Games, which happened over the weekend.

The 45-year-old was seen smiling with the spectators who were there at the second day of the tournament held in Caen, France, according to Daily Mail U.K. An avid rider herself, Corinna was given a role as an official ambassador of the equine event.

"It's easy to give support to something touching your heart, and animals have always touched mine," Schumi's wife said in support for the tournament, an affair that occurs every four years. "Horses have therefore been part of my life, even if initially mainly for amateur-fun reasons."

Married to the F1 ace for 19 years, Corinna is not just any horse-lover, she and her husband raised breeds not only in their hometown in Switzerland but also abroad. Called the CS Ranch, the 460 acre of wood and prairie land is one of the family's multi-million-pound reigning horse businesses. Still, the press wanted to know about her husband's condition.

"It's getting better, slowly certainly, but in any case it's improving," she told German magazine Neue Post of her seven-time champion husband.

Praised for her enduring devotion, Corinna was considered a "heroine" in her own right as she stood by her husband's bedside unceasingly for nearly eight months now and was only seen outside for the first time.

"She managed a well-deserved break today," a British news source commented.

There's been little information released about the latest condition of the F1 racing legend Michael Schumacher who had recently been hospitalized following a skiing accident late in December last year. The said tragic incident had the racer induced in coma for months and was later transferred for admission in a Swiss medical facility for nearly half a year now.
