Mike Busey Arrested, 'King of Rock and Roll Debauchery' Selling Alcohol

Mikey Busey was arrested for selling alcohol from his home during a house party in Orlando, Fla. on Saturday.

Busey, self-proclaimed as the "King of Rock and Roll Debauchery," was taken into custody late Saturday night on charges of selling alcohol without a license.

The nephew of actor Gary Busey was then booked into the Osceola County jail on suspicion that he was selling alcohol from his house, according to The Orlando Sentinel.

An undercover investigator with the Osceola County Sheriff's Narcotics Enforcement Team visited Busey's St. Cloud home on Friday, the paper said.

Busey, born Michael Andrew Ward, apparently charged the deputy $20 cover charge at the door in order to enter "Mike Busey's End of the World Sexy Santa Holiday B-Day" party, according to Busey's arrest report.

Upon entrance, the deputy stopped by the bar at the party, where he purchased an alcoholic beverage.

The report indicated that Busey witnessed the illegal sale of alcohol without a license to the deputy as well as to other party guests, and made no attempt to stop it.

Furthermore, the report said Busey also saw several guests smoking marijuana and "made no attempt to stop the illegal acts."

Busey was released from jail on bond before taking to Twitter.

"Last Night I Got Arrested For Throwing A (sic) EPIC Party," the "King of Rock and Rock Debauchery" tweeted to his followers. He included an Instagram picture of himself in the back of a police car still dressed in a Santa Clause costume.

The party's theme likely originated with the belief that the end of the Mayan calendar was also the end of the world on Dec. 21.

Busey is a well known party promoter in central Florida and runs a live show, which he refers to as "Jacka-- Meets Girls Gone Wild… run by a Drunken Circus of Freaks," according to The Sentinel.

Meanwhile, uncle Gary Busy is the 68-year-old Academy Award-nominated actor best known for his roles in "Walker, Texas Ranger," "Lethal Weapon," and "The Buddy Holly Story," among many others.
