Keywords "Miley Cyrus" were again trending the web on Sunday after a video of Miley's private 19th birthday celebration obtained by The Daily was published on the internet.

The video featured the former Disney star calling herself a "stoner" in reply to Kelly Osborne who presented her with a cake illustrating the famous but active cannabis (marijuana) user, the late Bob Marley.

"You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Miley cake," Cyrus says on video. "You know you smoke way too much [expletive] weed", she says to which Osborne replies, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

Kelly's comment on salvia is a reference to Miley's last year incident where she was videotaped smoking a hallucinogenic but legal herb called salvia.

The incident rose to controversy to which in March 2011 Marie Claire published an interview with Cyrus with the following excerpt: "I'm not perfect, I made a mistake. I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

On Sunday Nov. 27, Kelly Osbourne posted on Twitter the following notes:

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not.

“U guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think.”

The former Hannah Montana star and her incidents have been hot talk topics in the media for several months regarding to the issue of maturing too quickly.
