Miranda Lambert Hints at Anderson East Relationship Status

Country singer Miranda Lambert recently celebrated her second anniversary with boyfriend Anderson East. Though the pair appear to be happy and in love, the singer seems to have grown cautious about relationships since her divorce with Blake Shelton.

During an interview with Redbook, which should be published in the Nov. issue, Lambert said that there used to be three Ms in her life: music, mutts, and men—but right now, she only lives for the first two things.

"Just kidding! It was the three M's, and now it's two. No, it is three: The last one is Miranda," she said.

Last month, Lambert and East celebrated their second anniversary. The singer took to Instagram to share a photo of her kissing East on the check.

Lambert and Shelton called it quit in 2015. The singer only recently opened up about the divorce through her music, told through songs in her latest album "The Weight of These Wings." It was released in December.

The country singer revealed that she decided to cancel a prerelease interview when the journalist asked her about her failed marriage.

"I just didn't need to talk about the record," she said. "If you want to hear my side of the story or my opinion of what happened, it's all on there. There's no mystery anymore — take from it what you will."

Songwriter Shane McAnally previously said that on the day Lambert's divorce became public, the singer rushed to the studio and poured her heart and soul into a song called "Vice," which she penned in about five minutes.

With the help of select co-writers, Lambert opted to write vulnerable yet empowering songs instead of man-hating tunes. She knew what she wanted and a breakup record was not it.

"The Voice" coach is currently seeing Gwen Stefani, whom he met on the show.
