MLB Playoff 2015 Schedule: Game Start Times, Match-Ups List; Which Teams Will Make World Series 2015?

The recent Major League Baseball regular season is now coming to a conclusion and the field of the 10 playoff teams is now being laid out.

Citing the details published over at the CBSSports.com, these are the series-by-series details of the MLB World Series 2015.

The outline started off with the American League Wild-Card game, which saw the victory of Houston Astros over the New York Yankees (3-0). They are now advancing to play with the Kansas City Royals for the American League Division Series starting October 11.

Next up is for the National League Wild-Card game which is happening this Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. in Pittsburgh. Facing off are the Chicago Cubs and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The American League Division Series, for the meantime, will have the Texas Rangers taking on with the Toronto Blue Jays. Games 1, 2, 5 will take place at Toronto while games 3 and 4 will be in Texas.

Starting on Monday, October 12, the National League Division Series will see the finalists New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Games 1, 2, and 5 will be played at the LA court, while the remaining games will be in New York.

The National League Wild-Card game winner will then be facing off with the St. Louis Cardinals starting this Thursday, October 15. Games 1, 2, and 5 will be at the Cardinals' home while 3 and 4 will either be on Chicago (Cubs)/Pittsburgh (Pirates).

The next round for ALCS kicks off on Friday, Oct. 16 while the NLCS will follow on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The first game for the World Series, meanwhile, is scheduled to happen on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Citing SportsLine Projection Model, the sports news website shared the odds that the 10 playoff teams could win the World Series.

The Royals gets the highest chance with 22.2 percent. The lowest is the Rangers with 3.2 percent odds of winning. In between are the Cardinals with 16.7%, Blue Jays and Dodgers with 14.3%, Mets at 11.1%, Yankees have 10%, both Astros and Pirates have 7.7% and the Cubs with 6.7% chance of winning.
