"MLB The Show 17" is finally coming out this month and there are different pre-order bonuses waiting for players who decide to get this game.

Detailed over on the game's official website, there are pre-order bonuses available for all editions of the game as well as some that are obtainable only via specific stores.

First off, players who pre-order this new baseball game – regardless of which edition they decide to get – can receive 10 Standard Packs and 1 Griffey Card.

The 10 Standard Packs can be particularly helpful to players. Lucky fans may be able to receive some rare player cards from these Standard Packs and they will then be able to use these inside the game.

At the very least, having 10 Standard Packs available on day one should provide players with a nice collection of cards that may make things easier for them right off the bat.

The players who decide to pre-order the game from GameStop will receive a few more items in the form of five additional Standard Packs.

Notably, only the Standard, MVP and Hall of Fame editions of "MLB The Show 17" can be pre-ordered from GameStop.

For those who will pre-order this latest installment of the long-running baseball game franchise from the PlayStation Store, they can claim 11,000 Stubs that can be used for "MLB The Show 16," to go along with the 10 Standard Packs and 1 Griffey Card.

Those extra Stubs for "MLB The Show 16" will come in handy as baseball fans wait for this new game to be released.

Only the Standard, MVP and Digital Deluxe editions of the game are the ones that can be pre-ordered via the PlayStation Store.

Baseball fans will not have to wait that much longer for "MLB The Show 17" as it is already set to be made available for the PS4 on March 28.
