'Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate' Release Date and New Trailer Video to Come With New 3DS XL

Capcom is set to re-launch "Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate" and they have now announced a new release date and also gave fans a taste of what to expect with the launch of a new trailer.

"Monster Hunter 4" is a role-playing action video game for the Nintendo 3DS, is the second game from the "Monster Hunter" series and originally came out in Japan in September 2013. An enhanced version titled "Monster Hunter 4G" came out in Japan in October last year, and it will now will be released in Europe and North American territories under the title "Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate."

During Wednesday's Nintendo Direct, Capcom announced that the highly anticipated game will come out on Feb. 13 and also unveiled its new trailer for the game.

Not only that, they also shared that an exclusive Bundle will also be released that comes not just with the game, but also the limited edition New 3DS XL for a retail price of $229.99.

The game will be released exclusively to GameStop in North American territories, with a special Collector's Edition also available for pre-order. In Europe, the game is pre-installed and more widely available and that a demo for the game is also set to arrive sometime soon on the Nintendo eShop.

"Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate" director Kaname Fujioka and producer Ryozo Tsujimoto are also excited about the release. According to them, newcomers need not fear and are encouraged to join in and try out the game.

"This is certainly the easiest Monster Hunter game for a newcomer to get into. Not to say that it's an easy game overall, of course," Tsujimoto stated.

They also confirmed the announcement made on Nintendo Direct about a demo that will be released, saying they made one that's geared for beginners to help welcome them into the game.
