Mr. Robot' Season 2 - What to Expect and the Running Plot Lines; Original Cast to Return

Big things are in store for the characters of the USA Network's surprise hit "Mr. Robot" in Season 2 coming this July 2016. After the events of the Evil Corp. hack and the three day memory loss of Elliot, things will be pieced together to show the bigger picture of the occurances.
So what can fans of the show expect in Season 2?

The Plot
According to E! Online, the new season will start thirty days after the events that ended the previous season. What does this mean for Elliot and the rest of Fsociety? Well it was established that Elliot has a three day gap in his memory and does not remember the hack of Evil Corp.
Elliot, who now has knowledge of his relationship between both Darla and Mr. Robot, has gone into a zero technology self-seclusion at his mother's house. Rami Malek, who plays the character of Elliot, states that "The relationship between Elliot and Mr. Robot will be very different from season 1."
Christian Slater, who plays the character of Mr. Robot, states that the season will partly focus on the war in Elliot's as Elliot and the Mr. Robot character will struggle for control.
As for the rest of the cast, Tyrell Welleck is being blamed for the hack of Evil Corp. which is not being called the 5/9 hack. He is on the run from the government as is also wanted for questioning in the murder of Sharon Knowles.
Darla is now in control of Fsociety and is in a crossroads of their so-called "revolution. "
The Cast
Most of the main cast from season 1 will be returning and some of the guest characters will be coming back as cast regulars.
One of the biggest characters to get such an upgrade is Stephanie Corneliussen, who played Tyrell Welleck's wife Joanna. As fans remember Joanna was pregnant with Tyrell's baby during the events of the previous season and reportedly she will be given a new love interest.
As reported by Geek Wire, White Rose will also be given an expanded role. The Dark Army's involvement in the 5/9 hacks cannot be ignored and the character is slated to have more screen time.
President Obama
One of the biggest shocks coming from the season 2 trailer is that the voice of President Obama can be heard. If the president is part of the upcoming season that would be very surprising, of course it is most likely going to be an impersonator of some sort but fans can hope.
Mr. Robot season 2 is slated to begin on July 13 on the USA Network.
