NBA News 2016: Durant Fits in Great in First Warriors Practice while Cavs Rewatch Game 7 Over and Over
The basketball world awaits the highly-anticipated rematch between the Cavs and Warriors
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was pleased that the team's first practice went better than he had expected. It was also the first time Kevin Durant, the team's biggest off-season catch, along with some new players on the roster, to join the Warriors in their training camp.
The 2015-2016 NBA coach of the year told ESPN that Durant was able to greatly mesh with his new team mates. "Practice was really smooth, especially considering all the new faces," he said. "It went well, better than I thought."

The newly revamped roster of the Warriors could feature a starting lineup consists of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson on the backcourt, and Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Zaza Pachulia to man the paint.
The Warriors would definitely want to simply move on from the painful loss of the latest NBA Finals and put it all behind them now. Kerr said that it was all part of the game.
On the one hand, the team on the winning end of the championship series just can't seem to keep themselves from pressing the replay button to relive the moments of Game 7 over and over again.
Cavaliers Savor the Game 7 Experience
Cavs guard Kyrie Irving, for one, admitted that he still gets quite charged up with just the thought of it.
"I was rewatching the games and talking to my teammates about it, sending them Snapchats of me watching," Irving said. "It's such a huge moment for not only Cleveland but our team, our families, our friends."
Irving's clutch basket from beyond the arc during the crucial stretch of the game will go down as one of the best plays in the franchise's history. It capped off the magical run of the Cavs when they were able to climb their way out of a 1-3 hole to complete the mission of giving the Cleveland fans their first ever championship.
Iman Shumpert, who was also instrumental in bringing the Larry O'Brien trophy in Ohio, said he watched it over and over noting that it was enjoyable to relive the moment.
The Cavs alpha dog also said that he has seen it a few times. But, while LeBron James watched it for enjoyment, he also tried to glean what they could learn from the game in order to be better.
He understands that they will be facing a whole new different monster next season with the addition of Durant to the already talented Warriors roster.
Saying thr moment will remain etched in their memories, he added that the games for the upcoming season will be a challenge for all of them to remain focused.
