John Wall played his entire 6-season career with the Wizards. Last season, he averaged 19.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 10.2 assists and 1.9 steals per game, making him one of the best point guards in the league today.

However, some off-season moves might indicate that the Wizards head office is trying to shift their top player focus on Beal and not Wall. For one, Beal was offered a max deal equivalent to $128 million over 5 years. Also, Wall is currently tagged with an injury status.

Wall underwent knee surgery twice in the off-season. As such, according to new head coach Scott Brooks, Wall may return but will be left behind in conditioning.

Moreover, Wall and Beal may not have the best chemistry due to injuries and playing style. Wall likes to hang on to the ball a lot, while Beal is a shooter.

If the Wizards decide to trade Wall, a lot of teams will definitely show interest. One of these teams is the San Antonio Spurs, who need a young, athletic PG.

2. Chris Bosh to Retire

According to Sportsrageous, the Miami Heat will benefit from a Chris Bosh retirement in terms of the team's plans of rebuilding the team.

USA Today earlier reported that Chris Bosh "has failed his physical, meaning the Miami Heat will not clear him for training camp next week and casting serious doubt on his playing future."

Back in 2014, Bosh signed a 5-year $118 million contract, and he is owed three more years by the Heat franchise. However, if Bosh is forced to retire due to his blood clot-related medical issues, they will save money and use it for next summer's free agency.

Like the 2016 free agency, the 2017 one will be filled with stars; Stephen Curry, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Zach Randolph, Kyle Korver, and more.

In short, if Bosh retires early, the Miami Heat will become more flexible as an organization from a financial standpoint.

3. Greg Monroe to the New York Knicks

The latest rumor reveals the New York Knicks might be interested in getting Greg Monroe from the Milwaukee Bucks.

Greg Monroe is a talented front court player. He averaged 15.3 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. But despite his skills, the Bucks missed the playoffs. Some analysts attribute this to the possibility that Monroe just doesn't fit well with the Bucks' offensive and defensive scheme.

As such, Monroe has been the subject of many trade rumors. With the New York Knicks trade, the Bucks will get Kyle O'Quinn and future picks. New York will likely use Greg Monroe as a healthy center off the bench who can contribute on the offensive end.
