Meanwhile, Tammy Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) has been added to the team and this somehow makes Brody's departure from "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 quite official. But, Tammy did not actually get the warmest of welcomes from her new teammates.

Earning accptance in the team

Percy (Shalita Grant) is quite leery of the newcomer and considering everything that has been revealed with "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 spoilers about Tammy, Percy might be on to something.

According to Ferlito, not getting an immediate acceptance from the team may be because of her character's no nonsense stance in the beginning of "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3. But, she will instantly find a confidante in Pride. Ferlito said that it is almost like the head of the team wants her around because unlike the rest, he is not fighting to get rid of Tammy.

Although Percy and LaSalle (Lucas Black) may be a little slower in giver her their welcome, they will grow to respect her and will be able to work really well together deeper into "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3. And, eventually as Tammy's past is slowly uncovered, Percy's and the whole team's perceptions of her will begin to change.

Skeletons in the closet

In a previous interview before the the premiere of "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3, Ferlito revealed that Tammy has some skeletons in her closet. She added that said skeletons involve New Orleans and she is afraid that if her teammates find out, they may think differently about her. They might even question her authority.

Still according to the actress, the secret her character keeps is so devastating that if it comes out, it will cause a lot of suffering to a lot of people. That is why the secret is a heavy burden for Tammy to keep in "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3.

However, Ferlito wants it clarified that it is somebody from her past that she was associated with that makes her act the way she does. Whatever the secret is or for whom Tammy is holding the secret for will be revealed in time in "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3.

"NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 airs Tuesdays on CBS.
