NCIS 12 Premiere Live Stream, CBS TV Spoilers: Special Agents Gibbs and McGee's Russian Ordeal

Season 12 of CBS' original and long-running police procedural TV series, "NCIS," will be back for more criminal investigation drama on its brand new twelfth season. Set to air on Tuesday, news about the show already pointed out Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Agent Timothy McGee's (Sean Murray) mission to Russia.

Entitled "Twenty Clicks," the premiere episode will see the duo tasked in ensuring the safety of one of the NCIS computer engineers connected to classified intel home. But the mission got compromised.

In the second pre-season promotional trailer for NCIS 12, Gibbs and McGee's transport were shown to have been targeted by a surface-to-air missile. Much as they try to avoid it, they got hit and they're going down.

With the two gone missing in a strange and hostile land, they yet still have to face a Russian mercenary group who are after them.

Aside from the Russian ordeal, Agent Gibb and his team will also have to deal with the coming of Emily Wickerham's Ellie Bishop. As revealed by TV Line, fans will be able to discover the background of her character as the season progresses. Nonetheless, the actress shed some light on the talks surrounding her character and where it is heading.

"You know, I know a little bit, there's a big collaboration over there and I'm excited to see where she goes, where they take her character," she said in an interview with Digital Spy. "I hope she will meet her husband, know a little bit about her background."

NCIS season 12 airs every Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS with the premiere episode on Sept. 23. A new spin-off of the show titled "NCIS: New Orleans" will be shown on the same date. The NCIS Season 12 premiere can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
