Neil Diamond Tour of North America Announced for Summer 2012

Neil Diamond has announced a North American tour for the summer of 2012.

The tour will see Diamond visit 25 cities across North America, and will launch June 1 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, FL.

Diamond will also visit Las Vegas, Washington DC, Chicago, Toronto and Vancouver among numerous other stops.

Tickets will go on sale from Dec. 5 in select U.S. markets. Sales will follow in Canada on Dec. 12. Ticket prices will vary from venue to venue but will generally be in the range of between $55 and $120, Ticketmaster has indicated.

For those wanting packages, Live Nation’s premium ticketing company, VIP Nation, will be offering packages in the range of $275 to $695.

The tour will follow up his greatest hits compilation release on Dec. 6 “The Very Best of Neil Diamond.”
