NeNe Leakes, the 45-year-old actress and cast member of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," is valuing her life after being hospitalized recently.
Leakes tweeted that she was not feeling great during the Sunday episode of her reality television series and later shared a picture of herself in the hospital with over one million fans on her Twitter page.
"My arms are hurting wit these IV's #blessedtobealive," she tweeted Monday after debuting a picture of herself in a hospital bed.
While Leakes did not share the exact reason for her hospitalization, she did let fans know that she was not perfectly healthy.
"Thanks 4 tuning into RHOA 2nite," Leakes wrote to her fans Sunday. "I have been very sick for the past couple of days but I wanted 2 Thank my tweetie pies."
Leakes is no stranger to hard work and when one fan suggested that she may be experiencing exhaustion, she responded "I work my butt off."
Earlier this month, the entertainer took to Twitter and her Celeb Buzz blog to announce that she would create a clothing line for which she is currently seeking plus sized models.
"That's right, my clothing line is coming soon," Leakes tweeted. "I am looking for Curvy Girls!"
While Leakes has flourished as an actress in shows like "Glee" and the "New Normal," she has also expressed an interest in various ventures including a wedding business that she previously announced on Twitter.
"I'am totally n the wedding business now," Leakes tweeted earlier this year. "Wait until u hear abt my new business venture! (SIC)"
Although Leakes has spilled few details about the wedding business venture that she previously announced, she has never hesitated to speak about her financial gain. In previous seasons of her reality television series, Leakes coined the phrase "I'm very rich!"
"I think that everyone is saying all kinds of things about 'rich.' Not only am I rich from doing some of things I've been able to do, but I'm rich in spirit," Leakes told Essence.com in 2011. "I'm rich in health. I'm rich in every way possible."
