New Batman Movie Rumors: Ryan Gosling to Star?
Rumors about a new Batman movie are already swirling despite the recent release of "The Dark Knight Rises."
Furthermore, the new comic book-inspired flick could star Hollywood favorite Ryan Gosling and veteran actor Josh Brolin.
During this year's Comic Con in San Diego, it was revealed that Batman is coming back to the big screen in 2015 as an answer to the recent Superman film "Man of Steel," according to Pop Spy.

Although work on the script for the new Batman film has not even started, director Zack Snyder has began brainstorming its cast.
"This [Bruce] Wayne/Batman will be [aged] in the late 30's or around the 40 mark… established and rugged," said an industry insider, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Gosling would fit the reported lead role's description as the seasoned actor will turn 33-years-old this fall.
Other actors believed to be shortlisted to play Batman in the new film include "True Blood" star Joe Manganiello, age 36, and "The Hobbit" actor Richard Armitage, 41, to name a few.
Meanwhile, in addition to the scuttlebutt surrounding a new "Batman," Gosling has been linked to a possible film about Oscar Pistorius.
The rumored film would star Gosling as Pistorius- the Paralympian accused of intentionally killing his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February of this year.
Following the tragic death of the model, Hollywood scriptwriters have been hard at work on a Pistorius biopic, according to the U.K.'s The Sun.
"You've got one of the world's most famous sportsmen under arrest and a beautiful young woman who meets a violent death," explained a source. "Scripts began doing the rounds within days of the scandal breaking."
Despite the numerous rumors, Gosling has stated that he wants to take a break from acting to relax.
"I've lost perspective on what I'm doing, said "The Place Beyond the Pines" star speaking to the Associated Press. "I think it's good for me to take a break and reassess why I'm doing it and how I'm doing it. I need a break from myself as much as I imagine the audience does."
