New HBO Movies Releasing October 2017: 'Spielberg' Documentary, 'Tokyo Project' and 'John Wick: Chapter 2' Debut on HBO Now

Subscribers to HBO Now have new movies to check out in its library this October. Among the noteworthy titles are the documentary "Spielberg," the Elisabeth Moss drama "Tokyo Project" and the blockbuster hit "John Wick: Chapter 2."

"Spielberg" will arrive on the cable channel on Saturday, Oct. 7. The film is about the revered and award-winning director and producer Steven Spielberg, who made movies like "Schindler's List," "Saving Private Ryan," and "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial." It will feature interviews from Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorcese, Liam Neeson and the man himself.

"There were a few times I felt uncomfortable because the questions were challenging me to retrieve memories that I had buried," Spielberg said about the documentary that Susan Lacy directed. "Susan was very astute and compassionate to get me to talk about those moments but there were many more moments to make me realize how lucky I am and how blessed I am."
