Talk about using the most of what you've got. One woman in New York City took a 78-square foot space and turned into an amazing half-bedroom apartment.

Jen Chu, an interior decorator and art direction specialist with experience in television, was able to make an impressively small space into an elegant living space.

She makes the most of her limited space, putting an eclectic array of items on the shelves, storing things under the bed, and using the bed as a chair from time to time.
