Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder Split: Exes No Longer on Speaking Terms
There have been various rumors surrounding "The Vampire Diaries" main cast, particularly the ex-lovers Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. Somehow it has even overshadowed the reports about the show's upcoming sixth and probably the final season.
A report from Celeb Dirty Laundry suggest that "things haven't been going too well" for Nina and Ian ever since the latter started to show off his newfound love in the person of "Twilight" saga series actress, Nikki Reed.
According to the report, Ian has been bringing Nikki onto the TVD set which would have eventually put Nina in a very uncomfortable situation. A previous scoop from the same site even said that Reed and Dobrev were often seen "pretending to be BFFs while secretly muttering curse words at each other."

This situation, coupled with Nina's ambition to fully enter into the movie-making scene, could be the reason for the rumors suggesting that she will be quitting the vampire TV show.
Meanwhile, a report from Hollywood Life cited the 25-year-old actress recently spotted going out with another former lover, Derek Hough.
The couple was seen in a Los Angeles hotel just this week. An insider told the celebrity news site that after a quick hello, the choreographer grabbed Nina from her seat and danced with her.
"They were talking close and holding each other and she was laughing at everything he said, she was enamored and definitely was equally flirting with him and he was really trying to impress her," the source told Hollywood Life.
After which, they reportedly went downstairs to grab a drink at the bar and was flirting each other "heavily."
"He was very touchy feely with her," the source added. They soon left the establishment together.
Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough was previously reported to have dated briefly back in 2013 after being introduced by Hough's sister and Dobrev's close friend Julianne.
