For Cleveland, there are positive signs but they are not set to put everything on the line just yet.

Last week, young quarterback Johnny Manziel helped Clevelad get their first win of the season.

Unfortunately, he is set to return to the sidelines as the team's back-up as reports have surfaced that Josh McCown will start against the Raiders as he has recovered from his concussion.

This may come as a surprise to a lot of Cleveland fans as Manziel completed two touchdown passes in the win.

On the other hand, the Raiders are also looking to win their second straight game behind quarterback Derek Carr.

After missing the first game of the season, Carr helped the team get their first win of the season over the Baltimore Ravens.

The quarterback had a hand injury but didn't look to be bothered as he had a multiple touchdown game – including the game-winner with 26 seconds left as he connected with Seth Roberts to give coach Jack Del Rio his first win as the Oakland's coach.

However, looking at their head-to-head match up, history favours Cleveland to take this win.

Their last meeting resulted in a 23-13 win for Cleveland where Oakland failed to put up much offense and only scored a touchdown with less than 10 seconds left in the game.

Winning nine of their last 12 matchups, expect the Browns to try and collect their second win of the season.
